Smiling Agency is a key player in casting for advertising, shoots, photo sessions and fiction, with a rich roster of profiles from 0 to 99 years old.

Founded in Brussels in 1992 by Isabelle Schmitz under the name Promokids, the agency evolved in 2005 with the creation of Smiling, dedicated to adults. After several years of growth and a merger of the two structures, it officially became Smiling Agency in 2018. Since 2022, Quentin Verhaeghe, son of Isabelle Schmitz, has been leading the agency with a modern approach combining casting and digital.
